WeightlossI’m always interested in getting healthy and staying healthy. In looking at people as they age what you do today has a significant impact on how you look and feel tomorrow.

Always thin, I’ve discovered in my 50′s that my body is not quite the same as it was in my 20′s. This website is an attempt to discover small changes that we can do today that can have a big impact in our tomorrows.

Are their trick to losing weight and toning and firming up our bodies? I don’t know about you, but my days are already quite full. What changes can we make that don’t cost a lot of money or take a lot of time?

Diet and exercise are crucial, but there are smarter and faster ways to accomplish results without spending countless hours at the gym…. unless of course you want to.
